A former monastery from 1348 at 510 metres above Felanitx. Every room looks out to sea, and in the morning the sun comes up right outside your window.
What awaits you
The PetitHotel Tour begins right at the top. The Puig de Sant Salvador is the local mountain of Felanitx; a monastery has stood on the summit since 1348, and you sleep your first night in its guest wing. All the rooms have a sea view, which is no great feat up here: in clear weather you can see half the east coast.
We bring you up on Friday, hand out the bikes and go through the week with you. In the evening there is dinner in the house restaurant, with pa amb oli, island wine and the sun going down over the Pla. It is part of the package and one of our favourite moments on the tour.
On Saturday morning you set off with a long descent into the valley. That also takes care of this house’s only drawback: you do not have to ride up, we handle that with the van.
