Ariany/Sineu - Day 6 - a happy ending like in the movies...

Stage 6, 50km, Petra/Sineu – Sta. Margalida - Son Serra de Marina - Petra/Sineu

Today, on Friday, a colorful mix of long straights, private paths and cycle routes awaits you, which will take you to the sleepy hotel-free coastal village “Son Serra de Marina” (don’t forget your bathing suit!!). Here you can look forward to what we consider to be the most beautiful natural beach, Sa Canova. Depending on the weather, numerous kitesurfers and surfers cavort on this beach.

The El Sol Sunshine Bar restaurant, located directly on the beach, awaits you with a delicious meal in a chilled atmosphere. Then it goes through the pine forest on a rustic path back to the finca/village, where turtles, sheep and black pigs (pork negre) can certainly cross your path.

4th stage, 40km, Petra/Sineu – Maria – Petra/Sineu

On Wednesday, easy route profile, a visit to the market in “Sineu” is on the program (from 9 a.m.). Since this market is the most beautiful and oldest on the island, it is definitely worth seeing. It’s hard to believe, but animals are still sold here with a handshake. On the way back, our route takes you via the small village of “Maria de la Salut” to Petra, where you can stop for a bite to eat. Strengthened, it then goes back to the finca/village via the beautiful landscape.
